Chris was invited to attend the 3rd International IP Skills Summit (IIPSS) in Hyderabad, India, held on June 27-28, 2018.
IIPSS is an annual inclusive, collaborative gathering of IP Counsel, Pharma Executives, R&D Leaders and Academicians focused on sharing insights into the most important IP developments and their future impact. Chris was a panelist on “Paragraph IV Litigation Trends, Analysis and Future Predictions” and provided a presentation on “Strategic Considerations Concerning Inter PartesReviews (IPRs) – Appearing in Dual Proceedings Before the U.S. District Court and PTAB.”
