Chris was invited to speak at the 2nd China Pharma IP Summit in Shanghai held on December 7-8, 2017.
This event will focus on a variety of IP topics pertinent to pharma stakeholders located in Asia, including pharma-related IP policies in China, as well as pharma patent examination, management and litigation in the U.S. and Europe. Chris will be presenting on 505(b)(2) NDAs, comparing and contrasting this type of NDA with ANDAs, and addressing the implications associated with each relative to US marketing approval and litigation.
